A neglected period house in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Epoch Architecture was approached by a local developer to help with the refurbishment and extension of this period property on Clayton Road. When the house was bought, it was in a poor state of disrepair and barely visible from the road because of overgrown landscaping.

Bringing a period property up to modern living standards

The scheme for Clayton Road needed to bring the house up to modern living standards and provide a new master bedroom with en-suite. The client was keen for the extension to blend in with the appearance of the existing building.

A new lease of life for Clayton Road

After a long build and refurbishment programme, the house on Clayton Road has been given a fresh lease of life.
