Epoch Architecture were approached by a local developer to assist in the refurbishment and extension of this beautiful period property. When purchased the property was in a poor state is disrepair and barely visible form the highway due to overgrown landscaping. A scheme was required to bring the property up to modern living standards and provide a new master bedroom with en-suite. The client was keen for the extension to blend in with the existing buildings appearance. After a long build and refurbishment programme the property has now been given a fresh breath of life.
