WOODSIDE FARM

Woodside Farm Cottage had previously been awarded a CPRE Plaque (Campaign to Protect Rural England). Unfortunately there had been some poor quality previous extension works that were having a detrimental effect on the original building. Careful and sensitive refurbishment works were completed to the original stone cottage along with a new extension to create a modern day farmhouse style kitchen and dining area along with w.c. and utility room at ground floor level. The existing room-in-the-roof accommodation was refurbished and two additional bedrooms and family bathroom created in the new extension at first floor level. The rural character of this old farmhouse was retained whilst undergoing major extension and refurbishment works. The property has a prominent position with breath-taking views over the Staffordshire countryside.
