Planning approval for a residential development in Biddulph

Planning approval was received this week for a residential development in our home town of Biddulph. The scheme consists 4 flats in the existing period building & 6 new-build houses in the surrounding grounds. We are looking forward to progressing this scheme forward to detailed design and construction with a local developer. The scheme makes a positive contribution to the housing shortfall in the town’
